Today, La Soffritta is the culinary experiences brand of Ways, an Italian company specializing in the design and operation of authentic travel experiences for guests from all over the world.
Every year, Ways welcomes thousands of travellers to discover the cities and regions of Northern Italy through curated tours, cultural activities, and immersive local experiences.
