Alla fine ci si ritrova tutti a tavola per gustare insieme i piatti preparati, in una serata fatta di convivialità, scoperta e buon cibo.

We had such a wonderful time with Francesca and learning how to make Gelato and sorbet.  It was so fun to make the different flavors and try tasty toppings and we cant wait to start making at home. Social Cooking è una serata in cui si cucina tutti insieme, ci si conosce e alla fine ci si siede a tavola per mangiare quello che si è preparato. L’abbiamo pensata per chi vuole fare qualcosa di diverso a Bologna — non la solita cena fuori, non un corso di cucina tradizionale. È perfetta se sei bolognese e cerchi un modo originale di passare la serata, ma anche se sei in vacanza in città e vuoi vivere qualcosa di autentico. Non serve saper cucinare: l’importante è avere voglia di stare in compagnia.

Come si svolge la serata?

Si parte con un aperitivo — vino, salumi, formaggi — per sciogliere un po’ il ghiaccio con gli altri partecipanti. Poi gli chef svelano il menù a sorpresa e si inizia a cucinare tutti insieme. A Bologna il menù è sempre ispirato alla tradizione bolognese: aspettati piatti tipici della cucina locale, a volte reinterpretati in chiave creativa dai nostri chef. C’è sempre un antipasto, un primo e un dolce. Quando tutto è pronto ci si siede a tavola e si mangia quello che si è cucinato insieme. La serata dura circa 4 ore.

Devo saper cucinare per partecipare?

No, per niente. Gli chef ti guidano passo dopo passo e tutto si fa in squadra — nessuno si ritrova da solo davanti ai fornelli. Social Cooking non è una lezione di cucina: è una serata conviviale in cui il piacere di stare insieme viene prima della tecnica. Che tu in cucina ci sappia fare o che tu parta quasi da zero, troverai il tuo posto.

Cosa è incluso nel prezzo?

Tutto quanto. Con circa 45 euro a persona hai l’aperitivo di benvenuto, gli ingredienti, l’attrezzatura, le bevande durante la serata e la cena finale con i piatti preparati. Nessuna sorpresa in conto alla fine.
